Our seas are more than just water—they are a source of livelihood, a pillar of our national sovereignty, and a legacy for the next generation. Join us as we dive into the current developments in our maritime territory and discuss our collective role in national security.

Attention, residents of the Municipality of Del Carmen!

It is time to make your voices heard and stay informed about the progress in your community. The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Del Carmen Field Office has officially released the Schedule of Barangay Assemblies for the First Semester of CY 2026.

Participating in your local assembly is a vital way to engage with your barangay officials, discuss local issues, and collaborate on future projects for a better Del Carmen.

Upcoming this weekend (March 15): Cabugao, Del Carmen (Pob), and Domoyog.

Major cluster (March 21-22): Including Caub, Esperanza, Halian, Mahayahay, Sayak, San Jose, Alburo, Antipolo, Cancohoy, and San Fernando.

Final cluster (March 29): Jamoyaon, Katipunan, Lobogon, Quezon, and Tuboran.

The Municipal Office of the Department of the Interior and Local Government Del Carmen extends its heartfelt gratitude to its outgoing MLGOO, Ednon John E. Aparicio, for his dedicated and meaningful service to the office and to the Municipality of Del Carmen.

Under his leadership, the office strengthened its programs, enhanced collaboration with stakeholders, and consistently upheld the standards of good local governance. His professionalism, commitment, and steady guidance have left a lasting impact on both the organization and its partners. As he embarks on a new chapter in his career, the DILG Del Carmen family wishes him continued success and fulfillment in public service.

At the same time, the office warmly welcomes Estela Marie M. Vallespin as the incoming MLGOO of DILG Del Carmen. With her competence, passion, and fresh perspective, the office is confident that the gains achieved will be sustained and further strengthened.
