✔ Graduate of any 4-year course (Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
✔ With experience in front desk or customer service (preferred but not required)
✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Knowledgeable in basic computer applications
✔ Able to multitask and work under pressure
✔ Willing to work on shifting schedules and weekends
