"THE SEARCH FOR THE NEXT BINIBINING POBLACION IS ON!"
GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS FOR THE SEARCH OF BINIBINING POBLACION
I. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
1. The candidate must be a bona fide resident of Poblacion, Monkayo.
2. The candidate must be 18-30 years of age at the day of the pageant.
3. The candidate must be a registered voter of Poblacion Monkayo and should present a “Letter of Recommendation” from her purok chairman.
5. The deadline of submission of the “Letter of Recommendation” from the office of the purok chairman will be on July 15, 2023. The letter should be submitted to the Head Committee through this email address: [email protected]
6. All aspiring applicants must consider all the qualifications and requirements.
7. All aspiring applicants must accomplish the necessary requirements before the set deadline.
8. The Head Committee has the power to disqualify the aspirants if qualifications and requirements are not met.

II. CATEGORIES
Candidates will compete on the following categories:
1. WHITE JEANS ATTIRE COMPETITION
2. CASUAL ATTIRE COMPETITION
3. PLAYSUIT COMPETITION
4. EVENING GOWN COMPETITION
5. QUESTION AND ANSWER PORTION
Note: All the attires and accessories except the white jeans will be provided by the official stylist. Also, the hair and make up will be handled by the official hair and make-up artist of the event.

Lloyd Cordero Canua, King Nacionales, Weng Castro, and Estiper brua escobal
III. PRE-PAGEANT ACTIVITIES
1. Each candidate must attend the practice and final rehearsal for the event.
2. The candidates are required to participate in the photoshoot for the event material and promotional purposes.
IV. PRIZES
1.) Binibining Poblacion 2023 will receive the following:
• 5,000 pesos
• Sash and Crown
• Plaque and Certificate
2.) Binibining Poblacion 2023-1st Runner up will receive the following:
• 3,000 pesos
• Sash and Crown
• Plaque and Certificate
3.) Binibining Poblacion 2023- 2nd Runner up will receive the following:
• 2,000 pesos
• Sash and Crown
• Plaque and Certificate
Consolation prize: 500 pesos with certificate.
Note: The list of special awards will be announced during the coronation night.
The coronation night will be on August 6, 2023, 7:00 pm at the Municipal Gymnasium.
