The Local Government Unit of Mabini is now accepting applications for the 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝐨𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗦).

𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
• Must be 17-30 years old
• Must be a bonafide resident of Mabini, Davao de Oro
• Must be an incoming first-year college student and not currently in a graduating year
• The combined annual income of both parents must not exceed Php. 189, 128.90
