Nagpahibalo ang Caraga Waterworks System Office sa tanang konsumante sa tubig sa Barangay Poblacion nga ipatuman ang water supply scheduling tungod sa mikunhod nga suplay sa tubig gikan sa Magongon Spring, nga karon naa na sa kritikal nga lebel. Kini tungod sa kakulangon sa tubig ulan sulod sa miaging tulo (3) ka bulan.

Aron makatabang sa suplay sa tubig, gihimo ang interconnection tali sa linya sa Magongon Spring ug Deep Well Pump. Busa, ipatuman ang mosunod nga iskedyul sa tubig:

Purok Daisy, Calamansi, Sunflower, lower portion sa Purok Santan, lower portion sa Purok Bougainvilla, lower portion sa Purok Stardust

Purok Rose, upper portion sa Purok Santan, upper portion sa Bougainvilla, upper portion sa Stardust

Pahimangno: Ang mga konsumante nga naa sa taas nga lugar posibleng makasinati ug hinay o walay agas ilabi na sa oras nga daghan ang nagagamit, bisan pa sa gihimong interconnection.

Ginaawhag ang tanan nga magtipon ug igo nga tubig sulod sa oras sa suplay ug magamit sa hustong paagi aron makatabang sa pag-atubang sa kasamtangang kakulangon sa tubig.

Nangayo ang Caraga Waterworks System Office sa pagsabot ug kooperasyon sa tanan samtang padayon namong ginamonitor ang kahimtangan ug nagapatuman sa angay nga mga lakang alang sa padayon nga suplay sa tubig.

WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION

Way tubig ang connected sa mangongon ug Purok Rose ugma from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm January 21,2026, to Facilitate the interconnection of Magongon Main line and Pump #4 main line. this Interconnection is necessary to improve the water pressure, as of now magongon spring supply is declining to its critical level.

TO OUR VALUED CONSUMERS

Please be informed that due to low pressures currently being experienced by the Caraga Waterworks System, water rationing will be conducted in Purok Bougainvilla and Santan of Poblacion Caraga, Davao Oriental to ensure water availability on every household affected.

Cws Personnel are currently troubleshooting the possible cause of the low pressure and working to restore the normal flow of water at the soonest possible time.

We advice all affected household to store enough water during supply hours and to conserve water usage.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and ask for your cooperation and understanding as we continue to address the issue and work towards restoring a stable water supply.

CWS OFFICIAL STATEMENT

The Caraga Waterworks System (CWS) Office informs the public that the low pressure to no supply of water had been experienced since August 21, 2025 due to the unforeseen rupture along the Magongon Spring Water Source Transmission Line. We recognize the significant inconvenience this incidents has caused to households, commercial establishments and other affected consumers.

Maintenance teams had beed deployed to patrol the transmission line and conduct immediate repair. Repair was completed on August 22, 2025 at 3:00 pm.

CWs extend its sincere apologies for this unforeseen service interruption and assures the public that corrective measures are being instituted to enhance system monitoring, establish 24/7 response protocols and minimize future downtime.
