Informed leaders build stronger communities💙

The Training on the Updated Guidelines on the Appropriation, Release, Planning, and Budgeting Process for the Sangguniang Kabataan is a capacity-building initiative designed to equip SK officials with the latest rules, procedures, and best practices in public fund management.

This training highlights proper planning, accurate budget preparation, lawful appropriation of funds, and the correct processes for fund release—ensuring transparency, accountability, and the effective implementation of youth programs and projects.

Through this initiative, our SK officials are now better prepared to plan, budget, and serve with integrity, responsibility, and purpose.

SK Chairperson Giest Grande and James Kimura Opong Gapa actively participated in this seminar held on March 23–25, 2026. Their participation reflects their dedication to enhancing their leadership capabilities and ensuring efficient, transparent, and youth-centered governance for the community.

On behalf of the Sangguniang Kabataan and the organizing committee of the 32nd Araw ng Caburan Small, heartfelt gratitude is extended to all players who participated in our sports competition. Your hard work, determination, and admirable sportsmanship shaped the success of this year’s celebration. Every match reflected your commitment to excellence and unity within our community.

Recognition is likewise given to the coaches and team staff who dedicated their time and effort to train, guide, and motivate our athletes. Your leadership plays an essential role in uplifting our youth through sports.

Sincere thanks are also offered to our barangay officials, event coordinators, and volunteers for their continuous support and cooperation. Your involvement ensured the smooth and organized ex*****on of our activities.

Sa tanang player og katawhan sa caburan small kami SK CABURAN SMALL COUNCIL naga pangayo og pagsabot og dakong pasensya sa inyohang tanan tungod sa mga delayed games. Dili namo hawak ang panahon and ang gym sa caburan small is isa rah and open pa jud maong mangayo mig lawom na pagsabot na naa jud times na dili on time ang padula parihas ganiha na kusog kaayo ang ulan ang salibo na sulod jud sa gym mao nabasa di pwede dulaan kay delikado pero after ana gi lihok dayon sa sk kagawad ang pag map sa salog.
