𝐃𝐂 𝐁𝐮𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 1 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Residents from Toril area board the DC Buses for their inaugural trip on Friday, December 5, 2025. Other routes also begin operations today.

The other DC Bus routes are as follows:
• R102 – Toril–GE Torres (Sandawa)
• R103 – Toril–Roxas
• R402 – Mintal–GE Torres
• R403 – Mintal–Roxas
• R503 – Bangkal–Roxas
• R603 – Buhangin–Roxas
• R763 – Panacan (via Buhangin)–Roxas
• R783 – Panacan (via Angliongto)–Roxas
• R793 – Panacan (via R. Castillo)–Roxas

The buses will offer free rides to commuters during rush hours from 6–10 a.m. and 4–9 p.m.

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐬, 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐃𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐨𝐬.

The Davao City Interim Bus Service (DC Bus) aims to provide every Dabawenyo a modern and comfortable riding experience.

LOOK | The City Government of Davao officially launched the Davao City Interim Bus Service (DC Bus) during the opening of Pasko Fiesta sa Davao celebration on November 27, Thursday.

The event was attended by Davao City Acting Mayor Sebastian Z. Duterte, Acting Vice Mayor Rodrigo Duterte II, city councilors, department heads, consulate offices, deputy mayors and officials from various public and private agencies in the city.

Project Manager Atty. Tristan Dwight P. Domingo, said that the DC Bus targets to start operations on December 5. The buses will ply the roads during peak hours, specifically from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. from Monday to Saturday.

DC Bus will serve the following routes:

R102 - Toril-GE Torres (Sandawa)
R103 - Toril-Roxas
R402 - Mintal-GE Torres
R403 - Mintal-Roxas
R503 - Bangkal-Roxas
R603 - Buhangin-Roxas
R763 - Panacan (via Buhangin)-Roxas
R783 - Panacan (via Angliongto)-Roxas
R793 - Panacan (via R. Castillo)-Roxas

Updates on the specific bus stops and further guidelines for the buses will be posted in the coming days.

Meanwhile, 22 bus captains of the DC Bus were officially pinned by Davao City Acting Vice Mayor Rodrigo Duterte II, symbolizing the completion of their training. These individuals are former jeepney drivers and are beneficiaries of the Social Development Program of the Davao Bus Project.
