๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ โ The 1105th Community Defense Center (1105CDC), 11RCDG, RESCOM, PA, conducted the ROTC Opening Ceremony and Security Forum for Academic Year 2026โ2027 at the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP) โ Obrero Campus, Davao City, on 22 August 2026.
The activity formally opened the ROTC training year and gathered around 2,000 ROTC cadets, together with CWTS and LTS students under the National Service Training Program (NSTP).
The activity provided the students an opportunity to deepen their understanding of their roles and responsibilities as future leaders, responsible citizens, and partners in nation-building.
During the Security Forum, participants were reminded of the importance of discipline, patriotism, leadership, responsibility, vigilance, and security awareness. The forum encouraged the students to become more aware of prevailing security concerns and to actively contribute to maintaining the safety, peace, and security of their school, communities, and the nation.
Through activities such as this, the 1105CDC continues to strengthen its partnership with academic institutions in developing disciplined, informed, patriotic, and service-oriented youth prepared to contribute to national development and defense.
