Honored to be invited once again by the Philippine Air Force Officer School as the Subject Matter Expert about Bridging Leadership for the Basic Air Force Officer Course (BAFOC) students.

On September 9, 2025, I shared insights on Bridging Leadership, a framework that calls on us to confront societal divides, build shared purpose, and co-create solutions with the communities we serve.

It was inspiring to see the passion and commitment of our future Air Force leaders. Leadership is not just about rank or position. It is about responsibility, bridging gaps, and fostering trust in the community.

Grateful for the opportunity to stand with the men and women in uniform as they prepare to lead with courage and compassion our nation.💯🇵🇭
