This is a proactive step to strengthen our system and ensure a more stable, reliable, and efficient power supply for you. Rest assured that our dedicated crew will work diligently and restore power as quickly and safely as possible, minimizing any inconvenience.

🔔As we gear up for this system improvement, we kindly encourage you to take a few moments to prepare:
🔋 Charge your devices (phones, power banks).
💡 Secure backup lighting (flashlights, emergency lights).
🔌 Unplug sensitive electronics to protect them from voltage fluctuations.
💖 Most importantly, take this brief pause to reconnect, rest, and reset.

In response to the earthquake we felt last September 30, a joint inspection was conducted yesterday. Together with the MDRRMO, BFP, and the Municipal Engineering Office, we assessed public facilities and infrastructures—including educational institutions and public service buildings—to evaluate their structural integrity and ensure the safety of the public.

Classes in all levels, both public and private, as well as work in government offices shall resume tomorrow, Thursday, October 2, 2025.

This was per recommendation of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC) during its emergency meeting earlier today in the Office of Governor Aris Aumentado.

During the meeting, DepEd Bohol Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Fay Luarez told the council that while they have received reports of damage in some public schools in different towns in the province, these were just minor. They have also coordinated with the municipal engineers in each LGU to conduct thorough assessment of the schools.
