February 18, 2026 | Fisherfolks’ Orientation & Distribution of Anti-Drug Abuse Flyers

Fisherfolks from Barangay Dalahican joined the Fisherfolks’ Orientation themed “Sailing Towards a Drug-Free Community: Fisherfolks United Against Illegal Drugs” held today at the Multipurpose Covered Court, Barangay Dalahican.

OJTs Kim and Ezekiel distributed anti-drug abuse flyers during the event and after the activity in the vicinity of Gemini and Public Market to further strengthen information dissemination and community awareness on drug prevention.

Barangay Dalahican BADAC Members received Certificates of Recognition today, February 13, for their unwavering support for the programs of the Lucena City Police Station.

During the flag-raising ceremony at the Lucena City Police Station at 7:30 AM, Secretary Di-Shane Limbo, Inter-faith Rep. Donalyn Vizarra, and Barangay Tanod Daisy Nerval received their Certificates of Appreciation.

At 1:00 PM, Punong Barangay Roderick C. Macinas and BPOC Chairperson Kgwd. Luisito S. San Pascual were honored at the CADAC Office in Brgy. Zaballero, Lucena City, during their attendance at a coordinated dialogue involving the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), the PNP, and the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC).

February 5, 2026 | RA 9165 Symposium

PLTCOL Ryan M. Hernandez, ACOP of Lucena CCPS, served as the primary speaker during a Drug Symposium held at the Community Center, Purok 2, Barangay Dalahican, on February 5, 2026.

The session focused on the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (RA 9165), with PLTCOL Hernandez providing expert insights on the legal implications of drug-related offenses and the vital role of local leaders in law enforcement.

The activity was conducted in coordination with Ms. Francia Malabanan, Administrative Officer of the Lucena City Anti-Drug Abuse Office.

The symposium was attended by members of the Sangguniang Barangay, BADAC Members, Purok Leaders, and Barangay Tanods, together with PSSG Ana Paral and PLT Rowena Oxales, and other PNP personnel.

BADAC Meeting | January 29, 2026

Isinagawa po ngayong araw sa Barangay Hall ang isang pagpupulong sa pagitan ng BADAC, PSMS Romeo Avila Jr., at ng mga may-ari ng bilyaran, pulpulan, at pisonet sa ating barangay.

Tinalakay sa pagpupulong ang paalala ukol sa oras ng operasyon, na hanggang 10:00 PM lamang, bilang bahagi ng layunin ng barangay na labanan ang ilegal na droga at maiwasan ang paglalaboy ng mga menor de edad lampas sa curfew hours.

Lubos po ang pasasalamat ng BADAC sa mga negosyanteng tumugon sa paanyaya at nagbigay ng suporta sa gawaing ito.

Para naman po sa mga hindi nakadalo, muli pong magpapatawag ang Barangay, at inaasahan po na kayo ay dadalo o magpapadala ng kinatawan upang mapakinggan ang mga paalala at lumagda sa kasunduan.

Paalala: No attendance, no issuance, and no renewal of Barangay Business Clearance.

This activity is an initiative of the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) in cooperation with LDNHS, aimed at strengthening awareness and promoting a drug-free lifestyle among the youth.

The Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC), in cooperation with Dalahican Elementary School, successfully conducted the DAPC Poster Making Contest 2025 on November 21, 2025, as part of the celebration of Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week 2025. The contest carried the theme: "Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Kalusugan ay Pinapahalagahan, Droga ay Inaayawan."
