💧 Ensuring Safe and Clean Water for Every Daeteño! 💧

The Municipal Health Office Daet, with the support of LGU Daet, successfully conducted the Orientation on Initial and Operational Permit Requirements for Water Refilling Stations (July 29–30, 2026).

Special thanks to our expert speakers from the DOH-CHD Bicol RLED Special Regulatory Cluster, Engr. Alvin Barce, Engr. Jaybee Belgado, and Architect Jayson Jesus Llamares for their invaluable regulatory insight.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to Sanitation Inspector Ms. Myline De Vera of MHO Basud for providing technical assistance and sharing valuable best practices to ensure clean and safe drinking water for our community! 🤝

DOH: Panatilihing Kontrolado ang Blood Sugar Para Maiwasan ang mga Komplikasyon

Ang diabetes ay maaaring magdulot ng mga seryosong komplikasyon tulad ng sakit sa puso, pagkasira ng bato, at pagkabulag.

Kaya mahalagang mapanatiling kontrolado ang blood sugar upang maiwasan ang mga ito. Kumain ng masustansyang pagkain, regular na mag-ehersisyo, inumin ang maintenance na gamot ayon sa payo ng doktor, at regular na magpakonsulta sa inyong healthcare provider.

Magtungo sa pinakamalapit na health center upang magpa-diabe-TEST.
