Noong Enero 17, 2026, pormal na nilagdaan ang resignation letter ni former Punong Barangay Petronila G. Pendon dahil sa karamdaman na naging hadlang upang maipagpatuloy niya ang kanyang tungkulin. Lubos ang aming pasasalamat sa kanyang tapat at buong pusong paglilingkod sa barangay.

Noong Enero 27, 2026, isinagawa naman ang oath taking ng bagong Punong Barangay na si Ruben O. Arayam, kasama ang Barangay Kagawad Hon. Gerald Pendon. Isang panibagong simula ng pamumuno na may pag-asa, pagkakaisa, at dedikasyon sa serbisyo publiko.

Ang tulay na ito ay malaking tulong para sa mga mag-aaral ng Ginatilan High School at sa mga residenteng papunta ng Kidapawan City na mula sa Upper Owas.

Natapos ang paggawa at nag salo-salo ang lahat ng tumulong.
