Matapos ang mahigit isang dekadang alitan, matagumpay na nagkaisa at nagkasundo ang Grupo ni Jordan Lintang at ang Grupo ni Dating Kagawad Haron Kipes sa pamamagitan ng mapayapang pag-uusap, pag-uunawaan, at pagtutulungan.

Ang kasunduang ito ay isang mahalagang hakbang tungo sa pagpapanumbalik ng pagkakaisa, katahimikan, at matatag na samahan sa komunidad. Sa tulong ng mga lider ng pamayanan at mga kinauukulang ahensya, pinili ng magkabilang panig ang kapayapaan at pagkakasundo para sa ikabubuti ng lahat.

Lubos na pasasalamat at pagkilala kina Datu Tamano Mamalapat ng BLGU Kitapok, LGU Datu Saudi Ampatuan sa pangunguna ng Tanggapan ni Mayor Bassir D. Utto, Hon. Vice Mayor Moadz Alim, M**F CCCH at PSRO-OCM BARMM na kinatawan nina Ansari Manan, Mansor Abdullah, Salih Agay, at Melo Manan, Tanggapan ni Governor Datu Ali Midtimbang, mga M**F Commanders ng Brgy. Kitapok, mga MNLF Commanders, at sa 38th Infantry Battalion na kinatawan ni Capt. Pantaleon, dahil sa kanilang mahalagang papel at suporta sa matagumpay na pagkamit ng kapayapaan at pagkakasundo.

Nawa’y magsilbi itong magandang halimbawa na ang anumang hindi pagkakaunawaan ay maaaring maresolba sa pamamagitan ng dayalogo, paggalang, at pagkakaisa.

The Peace, Security and Reconciliation Office, headed by Director II Kashmir A. Mohammad, successfully conducted the Normalization Track, Amnesty, and Pardon Orientation for Transitioning Combatants (Batch 2) on May 20–21, 2026 at the Alnor Convention Center, Cotabato City, continuing its commitment to support the reintegration of former combatants into mainstream society.

This second batch gathered a new set of participants who were provided with comprehensive information on the normalization track, as well as the procedures and significance of amnesty and pardon. The activity ensured that more transitioning combatants are equipped with the knowledge and guidance necessary for their transition.

The PSRO expresses its sincere gratitude to all partners, stakeholders, and participants who contributed to the successful conduct of this activity. Their continued support and active participation play a vital role in advancing the objectives of the normalization process and in fostering a culture of peace, cooperation, and lawful reintegration among transitioning combatants.

The Peace, Security and Reconciliation Office, headed by Director II Kashmir A. Mohammad, successfully conducted the Normalization Track, Amnesty, and Pardon Orientation for Transitioning Combatants (Batch 1) on May 18–19, 2026 at the Alnor Convention, Cotabato City. The activity aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the normalization process, as well as to clarify the procedures and significance of amnesty and pardon in supporting the reintegration of former combatants into mainstream society.

Participants were guided through key processes, policies, and responsibilities essential to their reintegration. The activity also served as a platform to address concerns and strengthen awareness of available government support systems.

A highlight of the activity was the valuable insights shared by Sheikh Abdulkahar Musa of the Bangsamoro Darul-Ifta’, M**F-JNC Head of Secretariat, Aliuddin U. Haron, and Atty. Shareen Ismael, CPA serving as Resource Speakers, whose insights emphasized the importance of peace, reconciliation, and adherence to legal and moral frameworks in the normalization process. Their valuable contributions greatly enriched the discussions and reinforced the shared commitment to sustainable peace and inclusive development in the Bangsamoro region.

The Peace, Security and Reconciliation Office- OCM BARMM proudly recognizes the participation of its staff representatives in the πŸπŸŽπŸπŸ” ππŽπ€π π‚πšπ©πšπ›π’π₯𝐒𝐭𝐲 π“π«πšπ’π§π’π§π  𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐒𝐭π₯𝐞𝐝 β€œπ€πˆ 𝐒𝐧 𝐭𝐑𝐞 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐀𝐩π₯πšπœπžβ€ held on May 5–8, 2026 at Costa Palawan Resort, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

The activity featured meaningful discussions and interactive workshops focused on the role of Artificial Intelligence in enhancing workplace efficiency, innovation, and productivity. These sessions highlighted the practical applications of AI in improving workplace efficiency, while also encouraging participants to explore emerging technologies relevant to organizational development and public service. It also provided participants with valuable knowledge, practical insights, and relevant skills that can be applied in advancing organizational development and public service delivery.

The training was facilitated by the Resource Speaker, Dr. Rolando B. Lansigan, who shared valuable insights and expertise through engaging discussions and interactive workshops. The activity also provided an opportunity for participants from various agencies to collaborate, exchange ideas, and strengthen professional networks in support of continuous learning and innovation in the workplace.
