The Tugbonganon Youth, together with Hon. Allen Stier Agnas, proudly attended the Training on Parliamentary Procedure held on May 29, 2026, at the 3rd Floor Municipal Hall Amphitheater.

The day-long seminar brought together local youth leaders, including Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials and Supreme Student Government (SSG) leaders from across the municipality. The training focused on enhancing participants' knowledge of parliamentary rules and procedures to promote effective, organized, and transparent leadership within their respective communities.

𝐖𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐮𝐠𝐛𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐧, Mary Joy Tumongha, who is now in the loving embrace and eternal guidance of our Almighty Father. 🤍🕊️

We, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tugbongan, humbly ask for your prayers and any form of assistance for the bereaved family of Mary Joy during this painful time. Mary Joy was a dedicated and passionate volleyball player who proudly represented Barangay Tugbongan. She was a disciplined athlete, always showing great sportsmanship in every game she played. Losing someone so young is truly heartbreaking, and no family should have to carry such a burden alone.

We are knocking on your kind hearts to extend any help you can offer for the family’s needs and other funeral expenses. Any amount, food, or basic necessities will be deeply appreciated as it helps ease the financial burden and support the family of Mary Joy in this difficult time.
