For Graduates 2023, 2024 and 2025

We are now accepting TES-3B reimbursement applications for eligible graduates.

TES-3B Requirements

Eligible grantees must submit the following:

Required Documents:

- OR or invoice for the issuance of Transcript of Records (TOR) and Certificate of Good Moral Character
- OR or invoice for PSA, BIR, NBI, and other required documents, which may include:
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate
- Documentary Stamps
- NBI Clearance
- and similar documents
- OR / Acknowledgment Receipt (AR) from other entities or institutions for expenses necessary to comply with licensure examination requirements

Please be reminded that the account issued under your name is your personal responsibility. Any issues arising from the misuse of your ATM account will be directly attributed to you as the account holder.

Furthermore, you are hereby advised that your LandBank account must be used exclusively for scholarship-related transactions. Any use beyond its intended purpose is strictly discouraged and may subject the grantee to appropriate actions.
