The Department of Tourism-Region III successfully conducted its first Accreditation Caravan in the Municipality of Orani, Bataan, in partnership with the Provincial Government of Bataan, as part of the Bisita Bayan Program 2026, in support of the agency’s efforts to bring government services closer to tourism stakeholders and communities.

Bisita Bayan is a flagship program of the Provincial Government of Bataan that aligns with the DOT’s commitment to improving tourism standards, and to promote quality, professionalism, and sustainable tourism development.

Through the Bisita Bayan Program, DOT Region-III aims to encourage and accredit more tourism enterprises in Bataan, empowering tourism businesses to adopt responsible practices while promoting inclusive and sustainable growth.

In the succeeding months, DOT Region III will continue the Accreditation Caravan in the remaining municipalities of Bataan to further strengthen the province’s tourism industry.

The activity also highlighted the induction of the newly elected officers of the Orani Tourism Stakeholders Association, Inc., marking a renewed commitment to collaboration and leadership in advancing the municipality’s tourism development initiatives.

The Department of Tourism Region III – Tourism Regulation Division, in collaboration with the Local Government Unit of Dingalan, Aurora, conducted its regular Accreditation Caravan on May 19, 2026, as part of its continued commitment to raising the standards of tourism services and strengthening the future of the local tourism industry.

Emphasizing the important role of the Department in guiding and supporting the sector, the DOT brings its regulatory services closer to communities, making accreditation more accessible and encouraging stronger collaboration among stakeholders. Through this initiative, DOT Region III aims to accredit more tourism enterprises in the municipality, empowering businesses, promoting responsible tourism practices, and ensuring that tourism growth directly benefits local communities.

The DOT Region-III, together with the LGU of Dingalan, encourages all tourism enterprises to pursue accreditation and become active partners in elevating tourism standards in the area.

Likewise, the public is advised to 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗗𝗢𝗧-𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 to ensure quality services and facilities for a hassle-free transaction.
