The commendation was awarded on September 7, 2026, at the San Juan Multi-Purpose Gymnasium, San Juan, La Union, highlighting the significant contribution of the 5P’s Impact Project – Pangkabuhayan Program in strengthening police-community partnership and translating public service into tangible and lasting benefits for the community.

This achievement reflects the dedication and collective efforts of the men and women of RMFB1 in pursuing innovative, responsive, and people-centered programs that uphold the principles of excellence, integrity, and genuine public service.

Personnel of RMFB1, 102nd Maneuver Company under the leadership of PCPT OLIVER L GASPAR, ACC, actively participated in the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony held at the Cervantes Municipal Gymnasium.

The activity symbolizes unity, patriotism, and renewed commitment of government personnel in delivering dedicated public service. personnel of this unit reaffirmed our oath of service, strengthening cooperation with local government units while promoting nationalism, discipline, and accountability in serving the community.

Personnel of the 102nd Maneuver Company, RMFB1, attended the Sunday Mass at the Holy Child of Prague Parish Church as part of their spiritual enrichment and commitment to strengthening faith-centered service.

Likewise, personnel provided police presence throughout the religious gathering to help ensure a peaceful, orderly, and secure environment for all parishioners.

Personnel of the 102nd Maneuver Company, led by PLT JOJO D TICUALA, DCC, under the supervision of PCPT OLIVER L. GASPAR, ACC, conducted regular mobile patrolling, security visitations, and inspection at RBCPs within its area of responsibility.

The activity covered various business establishments, vital installations, strategic areas, and RBCPS to strengthen police visibility, deter possible criminal activities, and ensure the safety and security of the community, particularly during nighttime hours.

Vigilance never sleeps. Your safety remains our priority. 👮‍♂️
