READY TO SOAR HIGH, TUBURANONS? 🪁

Calling all talented kite makers, kite flying enthusiasts, and teams across Tuburan, this is your chance to showcase your handcrafted masterpieces and prove whose kite can dominate the skies! From giant kites to artistic designs and on-the-spot creations, get ready for an exciting battle of talent, strategy, and flight performance.

📌 COMPETITION CATEGORIES
🪁 Category A – Biggest Kite (2.5 meters and above)
🪁 Category B – Smallest Kite (1.5 meters and below)
🪁 Category C – On-the-Spot Kite Making Competition

📌 GENERAL GUIDELINES

1. The competition shall be divided into the following categories:
Category A – Biggest Kite (2.5 meters and above)
Category B – Smallest Kite (1.5 meters and below)
*Category C – On-the-Spot Kite Making Competition

2. All participating teams must be composed of three (3) members only.

3. Participants must be bona fide residents of the Municipality of Tuburan, as this competition is exclusively intended for local participants.

4. Each team is allowed one (1) entry per category only. Teams may choose to participate in any or all of the three (3) categories, depending on their preference and capability.

5. Participating teams must officially register on or before May 20, 2026 at Tuburan 360 reception area or at the SK Office of Tuburan. For verification of entries, participants shall be given one (1) to five (5) days to submit proof in the form of photo documentation during the making of their kite, which shall serve as their official entry for the competition, until May 25, 2026. Failure to comply with this requirement shall result in disqualification.

6. All kites must be handmade solely by the participants. The use of ready-made or commercially purchased kites is strictly prohibited.

7. Participants are strongly advised to bring their own food and drinking water for the duration of the activity, especially those joining the On-the-Spot Kite Making Competition.

8. All participants are expected to observe proper decorum, sportsmanship, and respect throughout the conduct of the competition.

9. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate the competition rules and regulations.

10. The decision of the Board of Judges and Organizing Committee shall be final and irrevocable.
