NOTICE TO ALL WOODEN-HULLED RECREATIONAL BOAT (WHRB) OWNERS & OPERATORS

Pursuant to MARINA Memorandum Circular No. DS 2025-03, all motorized wooden-hulled boats, private or commercial must be fully documented and compliant with safety standards.

Operating a “colorum” or undocumented vessel is a violation that can lead to heavy fines and suspension of operations!

Required Documents (must be onboard at all times):

WHRBC – Primary proof of boat registration
WHRBSC – 5 in 1 Safety Certificate (safety, manning, navigational licenses)
CPC – Required for commercial vessels
Passenger & Crew Insurance – Mandatory before safety certificate issuance

Fines & Penalties (based on Gross Tonnage):
