2. Must be 18 to 22 years old before May 1, 2027;
3. At least a Senior High School (SHS) graduate with General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% or higher;
4. Single and has never been married nor pregnant (for females) nor has a legal obligation to support a child or children;
5. Minimum barefoot height of 5’2” for males and 5’0”for females;
6. Must have normal BMI corresponding to age, height, weight, and gender;
7. Physically and mentally fit to undergo rigorous training;
8. With good moral character (must not have been convicted of any criminal, administrative, or civil case);
9. No pending complaint and/or case involving moral turpitude or crimes against the state;
10. Must not be a former cadet of the PNPA or other service academies; and
11. Never been dismissed from any private employment or government position for cause.

The 𝑀𝑢𝑛𝑖𝑐𝑖𝑝𝑎𝑙𝑖𝑡𝑦 𝑜𝑓 𝑇𝑢𝑏𝑢𝑟𝑎𝑛 warmly welcomed back representatives from 𝐕𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐢𝐱𝐞𝐥, led by 𝐒𝐢𝐫 𝐈𝐯𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐨, during their visit to present an animation project featuring the life and legacy of 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐌𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐦, one of Tuburan’s most respected historical figures and heroes.

The presentation was warmly received by Municipal Mayor Hon. Engr. 𝑪𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑫𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒆𝒍 “𝑪𝑫” 𝑫𝒊𝒂𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆, together with Municipal Tourism Officers Sir 𝐘𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐁𝐮𝐭 and Miss 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐣𝐚. The animation, developed by Velvet Pixel and its creative team, aims to preserve and promote the rich history of Tuburan while introducing more people, especially the younger generation, to the contributions and legacy of General Arcadio Maxilom.

The initiative highlights the importance of using creative storytelling and digital media to make local history more engaging, accessible, and meaningful to the public. Through this project, the story of General Arcadio Maxilom continues to inspire pride, patriotism, and appreciation for Tuburan’s cultural heritage.

Rodulfo Dacalos Jr. Leading the LAW Center delegation were Ms. Lorenza D. Fernandez, Executive Director, and Atty. Virginia P. Santiago, President of the Board of Trustees, joined by other key members of the organization who actively support its advocacy programs.

The meeting focused on collaborative initiatives to strengthen local protection systems, promote gender-responsive governance, enhance referral mechanisms for survivors of violence, and advance programs that safeguard the rights and welfare of women and children in Tuburan.
