To all fiesta fun run participants:

This will be the only entrance and exit accessible to all participants. It is located across the Barangay Arpili Tanod Outpost.

West Cebu Estate will also be providing a designated parking area for participants who will be bringing their vehicles.

📣 MASS DISTRIBUTION OF RACE BIBS & EVENT SHIRTS/SINGLETS

Distribution will be on May 8, 2026 (Friday), 1:00 PM, at the Arpili Barangay Hall.

Due to the overwhelming support and volume of orders for the event shirts and singlets, we will officially close shirt/singlet orders today. No additional orders will be accepted after today.

🏃 FINAL UPDATE ON REGISTRATION CUTOFF 🏃

As advised by the organizers, there will be

NO onsite registration during the event day

to avoid delays and ensure a smooth program flow. Participants may only claim their race bibs on the event day.

For race registration:
✅ Online registration will close on May 7, 2026.
✅ Onsite registration at the barangay hall will only be accepted until May 8, 2026 (Friday).

This is to ensure that we can properly accommodate and prepare for all participants. Rest assured that all confirmed purchases and registrations will be catered accordingly.

Donor Qualifications:
✔ Must be in good health
✔ Ages 16–65 (subject to donor guidelines)
✔ At least 50 kgs / 110 lbs
✔ Must have 6–8 hours of sleep
✔ No alcohol 24 hours before donating
✔ No smoking 3–4 hours before donating

Here is the official schedule we will be following for the fun run event.

We are now OPEN for walk-in registration. Please proceed to the barangay secretary’s office and look for Teresa or the officer of the day.

We will share more updates here with regards to claiming of race bibs and race routes.
