TRAINING INDUCTION & ORIENTATION

October 1, 2026 — LGU Ginatilan proudly welcomes the launch of Sugbo Kahanas Season 5!

Today marks the official start of the Food and Beverage Services (Barista) NC II Training right here in our municipality. This TESDA-accredited program is part of our commitment to equipping Ginatilanons with the right skills for employment, entrepreneurship, and sustainable livelihoods.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the provincial leadership through the office of Board Member Paz "Lingling" Rozgoni for bringing this valuable program to our town, and to our very own Vice Mayor Dean Michael P. Singco for his steadfast local support.

This rollout is made possible through the hard work of our dedicated partners:

We proudly celebrate the phenomenal sports victory of Ginatilan's very own Hon. Jan Walter Tocao and Hon. Watoy Tocao for emerging as the CHAMPIONS in the Pickleball Tournament of the PCL Region 7 Regional Assembly! 🥇🇵🇭

Held during the grand opening of the PCL Week 2026 Celebration in Panglao, Bohol, this exceptional duo raised the banner of Ginatilan high among councilors, mayors, and local legislators across Cebu City, Cebu Province, Lapu-Lapu City, and Bohol.

Aligning with this year's official theme, "Anchoring Local Governance on Global Resilience, Protecting Filipinos Across Borders," our officials demonstrated remarkable camaraderie, sportsmanship, and dominance on the court.

Because the muddy mountain rain has caused the main 100-foot cascade and its upper river tiers to swell, participants are under strict supervision.
