Earlier today, we, the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines โ Barangay Tungkop proudly carried out ๐๐๐ซ๐, ๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐ง๐๐!, a heartfelt initiative rooted in service, empowerment, and genuine care for our youth. What started as a simple program became a powerful space for learning, confidence-building, and new beginnings.
We extend our deepest gratitude to the Sangguniang Kabataan - Tungkop, whose unwavering support and generous funding served as the backbone of this project. Your trust in our vision allowed this initiative to flourish and reach the youth who need it most.

Your willingness to share your expertise, experiences, and time transformed this program into a truly meaningful and enriching learning journey.
Through this activity, both in-school and out-of-school youth were equipped with essential skills in hair and makeup artistryโskills that do not only enhance beauty, but also open doors to self-confidence, self-reliance, and potential sources of income. Today, we witnessed growth, courage, and hope in every participant.
Tara, Magpaganda! is more than a projectโit is a reminder that when youth are given opportunity, guidance, and belief, they rise.
