Dajon kamo sa Captivating Carmen!

Together with our beloved Municipal Mayor, Hon. Jane Valeroso-Plaza, Vice Mayor Hon. Harvey S. Manawatao, the Sangguniang Bayan Members, LGU-Carmen personnel, the 8 Barangays of Carmen, the entire Local Government Unit of the Municipality of Carmen, and all Carmenanons, we invite everyone to come, witness, and join us as we celebrate the 44th Araw ng Carmen — the birth of our town — and the 6th Makong Kaumahan Festival, happening on November 16-17, 2023.

We have prepared a series of fun-filled activities for you to experience, including the Itik-itik Dance Competition, Lingaw-lingaw sa Kaumahan (local games), the Street Dancing Competition, Grand Showdown, the Search for this year's Festival Queen, Gabii sa Pasidungog, and Kundas-Kundas sa Kaumahan 2024 with a live band and DJ.
