Carmen District Concludes Successful MSPC, Sets Sights on DSPC 2026
CARMEN, Surigao del Sur – Carmen District successfully concluded its Municipal Schools Press Conference (MSPC), gathering student journalists from across the district to showcase their skills and commitment to responsible journalism.
The event highlighted excellence in various journalism categories and served as the qualifying stage for the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) 2026. District officials commended the participants, coaches, school heads, judges, and stakeholders for their invaluable contributions to the success of the conference.
In his message, Mr. Antonio A.
