On May 15 at around 2:45 PM, personnel of Carcar City Police Station, led by 𝗣𝗟𝗧𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗝𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗕 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗔𝗦, OIC, visited the wake of the beloved mother of PSMS Codo, Chief WCPD, to personally extend condolences and provide financial assistance to the bereaved family.
More than a 𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝘆𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆, the visit reflected the true spirit of 𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲 and 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 within the Carcar City PNP. During difficult times, the presence and support of fellow police officers serve as a reminder that no member of the organization stands alone in facing personal loss and hardship.
The visit also highlighted one of the enduring principles of the PNP—know the welfare of your men. Through acts of 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗻, 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆, and 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, the organization strengthens the morale and emotional well-being of its personnel, fostering unity and trust among comrades in service.
𝗣𝗟𝗧𝗖𝗢𝗟 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗔𝗦 emphasized that the 𝗣𝗡𝗣 is not only a law enforcement institution but also 𝗮 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿, especially in moments of grief. The Carcar City Police Station remains committed to standing beside its personnel, proving that genuine service begins with compassion within the ranks.
