This recognition is a meaningful acknowledgment of the hard work and dedication of our office, especially our Tax Mapping teams who continue to identify, verify, and update real properties and improvements throughout the municipality.

We sincerely thank Hon. Municipal Mayor Edelson Marfil for recognizing our efforts. This inspires us to continue fulfilling our mandate with integrity, accuracy, and dedication in the service to our municipality and its people.

Day 3 -RPT Compliance and Impact Study Writeshop

Wrapping up the 3rd day of the workshop with the finalization of the Tax Compliance and Impact Study. The Municipal Assessor’s Office, together with the Municipal Treasurer’s Office, continues to work toward better understanding of property valuation, tax compliance, and the proper implementation of the proposed SMV.

A productive day of learning, collaboration, and preparation for better real property administration in the Municipality of Libmanan.

DAY 2 - RPTCIS WRITESHOP

Day 2 of the Writeshop on the Real Property Tax Compliance and Impact Study (RPTCIS) continues with data preparation, analysis, and the drafting of the study report.

This activity is one of the important preparatory steps toward the implementation of Republic Act No. 12001, or the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), helping local governments strengthen their data, revenue assessment, and planning processes in preparation for the reforms ahead.

Moving forward with better data, stronger compliance, and a more responsive real property valuation and assessment system.

REAL PROPERTY TAX COMPLIANCE AND IMPACT STUDY (RPTCIS)

The Municipal Assessor’s Office and Municipal Treasurer’s Office of the Municipality of Libmanan are participating in the “Writeshop on the Real Property Tax Compliance and Impact Study (RPTCIS)”, being held on August 24–26, 2026 at Vela Hotel, Legazpi City, Albay.

On its first day, the workshop focuses on strengthening our understanding and improving local practices in real property tax administration and compliance—toward more accurate assessment, efficient revenue collection, and better public service.
