While Quezon City is drowning, where is Vince?
Cars are being swallowed by floodwaters. Major roads have turned into rivers. Residents are struggling to get through streets that should never have become impassable. And yet, one question keeps rising above the floodwater:

Where is DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon while Quezon City is once again experiencing severe flooding?
This is not about blaming him for the rain. It is about holding him accountable for the infrastructure his department is responsible for.
Inspections are not enough.
Press releases are not enough. Promises are not enough. When flood-control projects are supposed to protect communities, the public has every right to ask whether those projects are actually working.
Because when the roads become rivers and cars become floating objects, something clearly isn't working.
So, Secretary Vince Dizon, where are you?
The public doesn't need another photo opportunity beside a flooded road. They need answers. They need action. And most of all, they need to know whyโafter billions have been poured into flood-control infrastructureโFilipinos are still drowning in the same streets.
