The Sangguniang Kabataan Budget for Calendar Year 2026 has been officially received by the Municipal Budget Office and is now up for approval.

This submission follows the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) guidelines, which ensure that all SK budgets are aligned with the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) and the Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP) โ€” promoting transparency, accountability, and youth empowerment in local governance. The DBM emphasizes that every peso of the 10% SK fund must be used to support programs, projects, and activities that directly benefit the youth sector.

โ€ข SK Budget Preparation Forms
- Form 1: Budget of Expenditures
- Form 2: Programmed Appropriations by PPAโ€™s, Expense Class, Object of Expenditure, and Expected Results

โ€ข Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (2024โ€“2026) and CBYDP Resolution
โ€ข Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP) and ABYIP Resolution
โ€ข Annual/10% SK Budget and Annual Budget Resolution

The SK San Vicente successfully submitted its CY 2026 Budget to the Municipal Budget Office ahead of the deadline on October 8, 2025.
