GOVERNMENT WORK SUSPENDED | Dahil inaasahan ang tuloy-tuloy na pag-ulan hanggang bukas, sinuspinde ng Malacañang ang trabaho sa mga ahensya ng pamahalaan, kabilang ang mga tanggapan ng Lungsod ng Caloocan at ipapatupad ang work from home arrangement sa Lunes, August 10.

Mananatiling naka-antabay ang ating frontline services tulad ng disaster at rescue response para sa pagtugon sa anumang sakuna.

Kaisa ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Caloocan sa paggunita ng World Drug Day ngayong araw bilang pagpapakita ng ating patuloy na suporta sa kampanya laban sa ilegal na droga at sa pagsusulong ng isang ligtas na komunidad.

Sa temang “World Drug Problem: Persisting Issues, New Challenges, Innovative Responses,” binibigyang-diin ang kahalagahan ng sama-samang pagkilos ng pamahalaan at mamamayan upang matugunan ang mga problema sa ilegal na droga.

Day 1 of the Training on Peer Support commenced at Breeza Montagne in Tanay, Rizal, with engaging discussions on substance use, core values and ethics, and communication skills in promoting effective peer and community support.

The Caloocan Anti-Drug Abuse Office (CADAO) conducted the Training of Facilitators on Katatagan, Kalusugan, at Damayan ng Komunidad (KKDK) on May 18–21, 2026 at Breeza Montagne in Tanay, Rizal.

The activity aimed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and capacities of facilitators and aspiring facilitators in promoting community resilience, mental wellness, and collective support systems through the KKDK program.

CADAO likewise extends its sincere appreciation to our resource speaker, Mr. Benjamin Ryan M. Rañeses III, currently serving as Program Manager at RenewHealth Organization Philippines and as an in-house psychologist and programs personnel of UGAT Foundation, for sharing his expertise and valuable insights during the training.

CADAO also thanks all participants, trainers, and partner offices whose commitment and active participation contributed to the success of this undertaking. Together, we continue to build a stronger, healthier, and more empowered community.
