NPD Intensifies 24-Hour Manhunt Operations; Six Wanted Persons Arrested, Including Districtโs Top Most Wanted for R**e, Statutory Acts of Lasciviousness, and Attempted Homicide
The Acting District Director of the Northern Police District (NPD), PBGEN BENLINER L CAPILI, announced the successful arrest of Six (6) wanted persons during a โWarrant Dayโ operation conducted by NPD units and police stations. Those arrested included four (4) Top Most Wanted Person, and two (2) Other Wanted Person (OWP).
Top Most Wanted Arrested:
Valenzuela City โ A 23-year-old male listed as Top Most Wanted Person at both district and station levels was arrested in Barangay Gen. T. De Leon, Valenzuela City, at around 2:20 PM on May 26, 2026, through the service of a Warrant of Arrest for three counts of R**e under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code, issued by RTC Branch 270, Valenzuela City, with bail recommended.
The accused, a resident of the same barangay, was apprehended through a joint operation of station intelligence units, WCPD personnel, and regional investigative units under NCRPPO operational support. After arrest, he was brought to Valenzuela City Medical Center for medical examination and later turned over to the custodial facility pending return of warrant to the issuing court,
Caloocan City โ A 42-year-old male was arrested at about 5:45 PM on May 27, 2026, at DMG Compound, Barangay 165, Kaybiga, Caloocan City, by operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section and WCPD of Caloocan CPS.
He was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Statutory Acts of Lasciviousness under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code (Crim. Case No. C-131271), issued by RTC Family Court Branch 1, Caloocan City, with bail fixed at Php108,000.00. The suspect was listed as Top Most Wanted Person at both district and station levels. He was brought to Caloocan City Medical Center and later turned over to custodial facility for documentation and detention,
Malabon City โ A 41-year-old male was arrested at about 9:50 PM on May 27, 2026, in Sitio 6, Barangay Catmon, Malabon City, by operatives of the Warrant and Subpoena Section and WCPD of Malabon CPS.
He was apprehended by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for R**e by Sexual Assault under Article 266-A (2) of the Revised Penal Code, docketed under Criminal Case No. 26-0513-MAL, issued by RTC Family Court Branch 4, Malabon City, with bail set at Php120,000.00. Listed as a Top 10 Station Level Most Wanted Person, the suspect was subjected to ARD documentation during the operation. He was brought to Ospital ng Malabon for examination and turned over to custodial facility pending court commitment order., and
Caloocan City - A male suspect, 35 years old, tagged as No. 6 District-Level Top Most Wanted Person (TMWP) of the Northern Police District and No. 3 Station-Level TMWP of Caloocan CPS for June 2026, was arrested by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for the crime of R**e under RPC Article 266-A.
The arrest was made at about 4:00 PM on May 27, 2026 at Brgy. 179, Amparo, Caloocan City.
The suspect, a resident of Brgy. 179, Amparo, Caloocan City, was apprehended through intensified manhunt operations conducted by operatives of the District Special Operations Unit (DSOU) and Caloocan CPS.
The warrant of arrest was issued by the Family Court, Branch 1, Caloocan City under Criminal Case No. C-131169, with NO BAIL RECOMMENDED.
