We want to ensure a smooth, fair, and organized distribution, so please read the guidelines below carefully before registering.

•𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁: Strictly 𝗼𝗻𝗲 (𝟭) 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆.

The 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 proudly conducted a Mental Health Seminar entitled “𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵” last April 19, 2026, held at Salong Covered Court.

This meaningful activity was made possible in coordination with 𝗕𝗟-𝗗𝗛𝗖 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻, with our esteemed speaker, 𝗠𝘀. 𝗘𝗺𝗶𝗲 𝗚. 𝗗𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻, a 𝘓𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘳, who shared valuable insights on understanding emotions and promoting better mental well-being among the youth.
