ANNOUNCEMENT: Work and court operations are suspended tomorrow, November 10, 2026, due to Typhoon Tino. All scheduled hearings are hereby cancelled and will be reset to another date. A corresponding notice of resetting will be issued to the concerned parties.

However, the court will remain open for urgent matters, including request for bail, order of release of persons deprived of liberty, applications for writs of habeas corpus, and other similar urgent reliefs.
