The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the tournament guidelines, game schedules, rules and regulations, and other important matters to ensure the smooth and fair conduct of the competition.

Attendance is strictly required as important announcements and draws will be made during the meeting. Teams that fail to attend may risk forfeiture from the tournament.

All participants are advised to:
Arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the matches.

CHESS TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE | SIGLAKAS 2025

Please be informed that the SIGLAKAS 2025 Chess Tournament will be held on the date, at the time, and at the venue indicated below. All registered players are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the competition for attendance checking, pairing, and briefing on tournament rules.

Participants are also reminded to:
Bring their own chess sets (if possible).
Wear their team uniform or proper sports attire.
Observe sportsmanship, discipline, and respect throughout the event.
