Honored to speak at the opening of the 2nd Caggu Festival. I shared Gov. Egay’s deep admiration for the people of Pamplona, and emphasized that celebrating Caggu comes with the responsibility to continuously develop sustainable tourism and livelihood opportunities for the people.
