Now in its second year, SKalikasan continues to grow as an environmental initiative focused on sustainability and long-term impact. Led by SK Chairman, Sophia Margarette U. Albano, together with the SK Council in coordination with the Barangay Council led by Barangay Captain Patrick P. Uclos, this project highlights environmental stewardship and collective action for a greener future.

Last 2024, the SK Federation President of Ballesteros, Hon. Sophia Margarette U. Albano, extended her personal support to Barangay Mabuttal West through the distribution of sports equipment.

Congratulations to Hon. Sophia Margarette U. Albano on her election to the Regional Board of Directors of the National Movement of Young Legislators - Region II!

Hon. Albano, the President of the Pambayang Pederasyon ng Sangguniang Kabataan in Ballesteros, Cagayan, was elected during the National Movement of Young Legislators’ Simultaneous Regional and Provincial Reorganization and Election on August 9, 2025, at The Maximilian Hotel in Cauayan City, Isabela. Her passion for youth empowerment and community development will be essential in advancing the organization’s mission and fostering leadership among young people in the region.
