𝘽𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙮 𝘼𝙛𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘿𝙖𝙜𝙖 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙮 | 2𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝘾𝙔 2025

The Barangay Assembly for the 2nd Semester of Calendar Year 2025 was successfully conducted!

We were honored by the presence of our very active Vice Mayor of Alcala, Hon. Den Den Sumabat, together with SB Bimbong Mendoza and SB Elisio Vergara, the councilor in charge of the Riverside Cluster.

Important matters were discussed during the assembly to further improve our community, including education, agriculture, and the safety and welfare of every resident.

Let’s continue working hand in hand toward a more progressive, safer, and better Barangay Afusing Daga!

𝘾𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙨, 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙁𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙨

The Sangguniang Kabataan – Arapaap of Afusing Daga, Alcala, Cagayan successfully conducted a Clean-Up Drive followed by the Distribution of Educational Assistance to our College Students.

This initiative highlights our commitment not only to education but also to a cleaner and greener community.

Together, we build a future that’s educated, responsible, and environmentally aware!

We are pleased to inform everyone that the Distribution of Educational Assistance will be held on October 11, 2025 (Saturday) at exactly 6:30 AM.

Before the distribution, we will have a short Clean-Up Drive to promote cleanliness and community spirit.

The Sangguniang Kabataan – Arapaap of Afusing Daga, Alcala, Cagayan distributed school supplies and sports equipment at Alcala West Central School, Alcala West Central School – Cataraoan Annex, and Afusing Daga Day Care Centre.

This initiative aims to lighten the burden of young learners and empower them in both academics and sports. By providing the tools they need, the SK Arapaap hopes to nurture their talents, fuel their ambitions, and encourage every child to dream bigger.

Investing in education and youth development is not just about today; it’s about building a brighter tomorrow.

Special thanks to our very supportive Barangay Officials, headed by Hon. Danilo C. Florentino, Sr., for the unending support in this endeavor.

We take pride in celebrating this milestone as Barangay Afusing Daga is recognized as the sole awardee of the Seal of Good Local Governance for Barangay in the Municipality of Alcala. A recognition of outstanding governance and service to the community.

In attendance during the awarding are Hon. Danilo Florentino Sr., Punong Barangay, and Hon. Janette S. Bagain, Barangay Kagawad, together with the LBNB President of Alcala during the 2025 LNB Convention at Pasay City.

This achievement was made possible through the effort and dedication of the Brgy. Secretary Marvin Bergonia, whose commitment helped accomplish this recognition of good governance and service to the community.
