Under Republic Act No. 11648, ang age of sexual consent ay 16 na taong gulang. Dahil ikaw ay 13 taong gulang pa lamang, ang anumang pakikipagtalik sa iyo ng isang matanda o adult ay awtomatikong itinuturing na Statutory R**e, kahit pa ito ay may pahintulot mo.

The Project POPDEV: Empowering Youth for Population and Development seminar was conducted on August 29, 2026 at Pedro โ€œOloyโ€ N. Roa School (PNROA), bringing together youth participants for a meaningful learning experience focused on population, development, and their role as young advocates in their communities.

The keynote seminar on Understanding Population and Development was facilitated by Daryl Ebcas, providing participants with insights into population concerns and their connection to community development. The activity also included a Peer Education Workshop on Community Mapping and Solution Tree, where participants worked together to identify local challenges and develop youth-led solutions.

Through this initiative, young people were encouraged to understand community issues, strengthen their leadership and peer education skills, and take an active role in creating positive and meaningful change.

On July 3, 2026, the newly elected officers and representatives of the POPDEV Club officially took their oath of office for the School Year 2026-2027. Held in the presence of the club advisers and members, the oath taking marked the beginning of their commitment to serve with integrity, responsibility, and dedication.

More than a ceremonial tradition, the oath serves as a pledge to uphold the values and objectives of the organization, promote meaningful initiatives, and represent the voices and interests of the student body through leadership and service.
