Barangay Caduha-an successfully conducted the MELLPI/Barangay Nutrition Council Evaluation, led by Hon. Joebert P. Javier and supported by the City Nutrition Office. The evaluation team was warmly welcomed by the barangay officials and council members, led by City Nutrition Officer Christina Wong together with representatives from the City Health Office, Department of Agriculture, DILG Cadiz City, City Planning Office, City Budget Office, and CSWD.

Our heartfelt thanks to the dedicated council Barangay Secretary Richmond De Asis and Barangay Treasurer Analiza Veloso, our dedicated midwives Estela Dequinto and Macbeth Lumihoc, SK Chairman Hon. Ma. Erika V. FOR THE FIRST TIME IN BARANGAY CADUHA-AN, the SK of Barangay Caduha-an has MADE HISTORY! Achieving IDEAL FUNCTIONALITY in the SK Functionality Assessment 2025 conducted by DILG Negros Occidental, the SK Caduha-an has proudly passed and set a remarkable milestone for our community!

TAKE NOTE: This is not just an award. This is a testament and a proof of our commitment to GOOD GOVERNANCE with TRANSPARENCY and ACCOUNTABILITY. This achievement will always be worth remembering. Out of 601 barangays, we are deeply honored to be among the 183 IDEAL PASSERS.
