𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹

In light of recent earthquakes in Cabadbaran City, the NJMPTI Mindanao Off-Campus, under the leadership of JSINSP MORRISON D IMINGAN, held an essential earthquake drill for our trainees.

Crucial safety protocols, evacuation procedures, emergency response, and post-earthquake actions were covered to ensure everyone is well-prepared.

The JO1 trainees were taught the essential steps to take before, during, and after an earthquake. This includes identifying safe spots in a building, such as under sturdy furniture or against interior walls, and how to protect oneself from falling debris.

Clear guidelines on how to safely evacuate the premises during or after an earthquake were also emphasized. Understanding what to do after an earthquake, such as checking for hazards in the environment, securing utilities, and maintaining situational awareness, was also highlighted.

Overall, the drill was implemented to equip trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary to handle earthquake situations confidently and safely, helping to reduce panic and improve overall community resilience in the face of natural disasters.
