In today's digital world, information travels fast. Unfortunately, misinformation travels even faster.

Misinformation happens when false, inaccurate, or incomplete information is shared and eventually accepted as truth.

Usahay, tinuod ang usa ka parte sa istorya, pero kulang ang detalye. Usahay pud, ang impormasyon gikuha sa gawas sa tinuod nga context. The result? People are misled and misunderstandings spread.

Udarbe, nga nagtumong sa paghatag ug dugang insentibo ug benepisyo alang sa atong Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS) isip pag-ila sa ilang dakong papel sa pagpalambo sa kahimsog ug nutrisyon sa matag barangay.

This applies when an extraordinary event (like a typhoon, earthquake, pandemic, or war) prevents a person from fulfilling a contract or obligation.

Meaning: the failure or delay was caused by something beyond human control, not by simple neglect or refusal.

But take note ha, dili ni automatic excuse.
For force majeure to apply, the event must be:

Lakip niini ang mga BHWs nga wala pa makadawat ug regular nga subsidiya gikan sa city government โ€” usa ka lakang aron mas mailhan ug masuportahan ang ilang serbisyo sa komunidad.

Councilor Dendo Udarbe joined the FY2026 1st Audit Committee Meeting convened by the City Internal Audit Services Department (CIASD), where audit findings and recommendations for the City Legal Department and City Treasury Department were presented and discussed. The meeting forms part of the cityโ€™s continuing efforts to improve efficiency, accountability, and transparency in government operations, ensuring that services work better for the people of Butuan.

Thousands gathered in Agusan del Sur for the opening of Palarong Pambansa 2026 bringing together athletes, coaches, delegates, and local government leaders from different regions across the Philippines in one celebration of Filipino excellence through sports. The spotlight belongs to the young athletes carrying the pride of their communities and regions onto the national stage. Stories of sacrifice, discipline, hard work, and dreams finally unfolding before the country.

And as the nation watches, Agusan del Sur proudly welcomes the entire Philippines with a celebration filled with culture, unity, energy, and Caraga pride.

Present in support were leaders from Butuan City, including Congressman Jose Aquino II, Mayor Law Fortun, Vice Mayor Reynante Rey Bokingo Desiata, and members of the City Council, among them Councilor Dendo Udarbe, standing alongside other LGU officials from across the country in backing the athletes and the spirit of the Palaro.
