LEARNING CONTINUITY ADVISORY | AUGUST 20, 2026
Alinsunod sa kautusan ng Office of the President at batay sa Memorandum Circular No. 131, suspendido ang klase bukas, Agosto 20, 2026 (Huwebes).
Bilang bahagi ng Emergencies in Education (EiE), ipatutupad ng San Miguel Elementary School ang HINGA: Check-in, Recover, isang well-being-focused approach na nagbibigay-prayoridad sa kaligtasan, kapakanan, at kagalingang emosyonal at psychosocial ng ating mga mag-aaral habang may emergency.
ANO ANG HINGA PARA SA ATING MGA SMESians?
- Magsagawa ng simpleng well-being activities tulad ng drawing, coloring, journaling, o “What makes me feel safe?” activity.
- Walang pressure sa schoolwork — safety and well-being first!
Well-being at safety ang pangunahing gawain.
HINGA MUNA, SMESians!

LEARNING CONTINUITY ADVISORY | HINAY – LEVEL 2

Agosto 19, 2026 (Miyerkules)

Hinay muna, SMESians!

HINAY MUNA, SMESians! 💚

In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 128 and due to the Heavy Rainfall Warnings issued by PAGASA, face-to-face classes at San Miguel Elementary School are suspended today, August 18, 2026 (Tuesday).

SAN MIGUEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CONDUCTS STUDENT-LED SCHOOL WATCHING AND HAZARD MAPPING ACTIVITY 2026
San Miguel Elementary School successfully conducted the Student-Led School Watching and Hazard Mapping Activity on August 11-13, 2026, in compliance with Division Memorandum No. 548, s. 2026. The activity aimed to empower learners to identify potential hazards within the school premises and actively participate in promoting a safer and more resilient learning environment.
The activity began with an orientation session attended by the School Watching Team and facilitated by the school's DRRM personnel. Students were guided on hazard identification, risk assessment, and proper documentation procedures. Following the orientation, the team conducted a school-wide inspection and hazard mapping exercise.
During the activity, learners identified several risk factors, including poor drainage systems, stagnant water, slippery walkways, and narrow evacuation routes. These findings will serve as valuable inputs in strengthening the school's Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) initiatives and contingency planning efforts.
The school extends its gratitude to the SELG officers, School DRRM Coordinator, teachers, and stakeholders for their active participation and support in making this activity a success.
Together, let us continue building a safe, resilient, and disaster-ready school community!
