At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "FALCON" {DANAS} was estimated based on all available data at 225 km East Northeast of Basco, Batanes (21.5°N, 123.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving North at 20 km/h. Meanwhile, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 255 km West of Sinait, Ilocos Sur (17.2°N, 118.0°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon and Western Visayas.
