The BJMP Impasugong Municipal Jail Personnel, under the leadership and direct supervision of SJO4 Audie D Melendez, Acting Warden, together with the PNP Impasugong Municipal Police Station personnel and the BFP Impasugong Fire Station personnel joined to conduct Public Safety Youth Ambassador Symposium 2026 to Impasugong National High School students to equip the youth with essential knowledge and awareness on public safety, crime prevention, disaster preparedness, anti-illegal drug advocacy, anti-bullying, and digital safety.It also strengthened the partnership among the BJMP, PNP, BFP, and the school community in promoting peace, safety, discipline, and responsible citizenship.
Through this collaborative activity, the students were encouraged to become responsible, vigilant, and active partners in building safer, more peaceful, and resilient communities.

The Impasugong Municipal Jail, under the leadership of Acting Jail Warden SJO4 Audie D Melendez, together with the personnel of the facility, conducted the hanging of the 2026 National Women’s Month tarpaulin at the façade area of the jail facility in support of the nationwide celebration.

This activity shows our support for the observance of National Women’s Month. It highlights our commitment to promoting gender equality, recognizing the important contributions of women, and encouraging respect for women’s rights within the facility and the community.

The Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, Regional Office X, 𝐉𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐅𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐗𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐎 𝐒 𝐉𝐀𝐆𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐍 𝐉𝐑., 𝐃𝐒𝐂, together with Regional Office X personnel and the Impasugong Municipal Jail personnel, paid a courtesy visit to 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐀. 𝐎𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐥𝐚𝐲-𝐆𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐧 of Impasugong, Bukidnon.

The visit aimed to strengthen collaboration and partnership between the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology Regional Office X and the Local Government Unit of Impasugong, Bukidnon in support of effective jail management and public safety initiatives.

✨ IN OBSERVANCE OF THE 18-DAY CAMPAIGN TO END VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN (VAW) ) ✨

The personnel of Impasugong Municipal Jail under the leadership of SJO4 Audie D Melendez, Officer-In-Charge of this facility conducted the ceremonial hanging of the official 18-Day Campaign to End VAW tarpaulin in support of the national advocacy to eliminate all forms of violence against women.

We proudly displayed our END VAW advocacy tarp as a symbol of our commitment to creating a safer, more respectful, and more compassionate community for all women and girls. 🧡

This simple act serves as a reminder that violence against women has no place in our homes, workplaces, schools, and communities.
Let us continue to raise awareness, speak up, support survivors, and stand together in the fight against gender-based violence.

This meaningful event was conducted in partnership with the DILG Family, reflecting a shared commitment to public service, discipline, and patriotism.
