Good news, Banglolao youth! The long wait is finally over! All eligible college students of Barangay Banglolao, Bucay, Abra are requested to submit the following requirement until December 27, 2024.

Qualifications:
π Must be a college student
π Must be an indigent
π Must be a bonafide resident of Barangay Banglolao, Bucay, Abra
