Among the resolutions approved were:
1. PRES-07-0904-0376. Passage and approval of a Resolution authorizing the City Government of Borongan, represented by City Mayor Hon. Jose Ivan Dayan C. Agda, to enter into and sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Maypangdan National High School, Sta. Fe National High School, Eastern Samar National Comprehensive High School, and the Local Government Unit of Maydolong, Eastern Samar, regarding the provision of subsidy in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (โฑ150,000.00) to each participating team in connection with the 2026 Padul-ong Festival.
2. PRES-07-0904-0377. Passage and approval of a Resolution authorizing the City Government of Borongan, represented by City Mayor Hon. Jose Ivan Dayan C. Agda, to accept and enter into a Deed of Conditional Donation with Rep. Marcellino C. Libanan for the donation of rights and interest over a parcel of foreshore land in Barangay Songco, Borongan City, to be used as a site for a memorial, monument, or statue in honor of Valentin Diaz, a Filipino revolutionary hero and patriot.
