✅ 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Filipino citizen, 18 years old and above
• Resident of the town where the training will be conducted
• Not Employed, Not in Education, and Not in Training (NEET) during the training period
• Can communicate in basic English
• Knows basic mathematical computations
• Active listener
• Has basic digital literacy and computer/gadget operation skills

Para sa mas matatag na kinabukasan ng manggagawang Pilipino 🇵🇭
TESDA Secretary Kiko Benitez, together with officials of other attached agencies of the Department of Labor and Employment - DOLE, paid a courtesy call to newly appointed Labor Secretary Francis Tolentino at the DOLE Central Office in Intramuros, Manila.
The meeting highlighted the shared commitment of DOLE and its attached agencies to strengthen collaboration in advancing skills development, expanding employment opportunities, and ensuring workforce readiness amid evolving industry demands.
As an attached agency of DOLE, TESDA looks forward to stronger coordination with Secretary Tolentino in delivering accessible, inclusive, and industry-responsive training programs for Filipino workers.

“Daycare lang.”
Ilang beses na itong narinig ng Child Development Worker na si Josephine Perez. Pero sa loob ng mahigit 20 taon niyang pagtuturo, nakita niya kung paano ang simpleng paghawak ng krayola, unang pagbasa, at pakikipagkaibigan ng isang bata ay nagiging pundasyon ng kanilang kinabukasan. ✨
Sa pamamagitan ng Early Childhood Care Services NC III ng TESDA, mas lalo niyang napalalim ang kanyang kaalaman sa tamang paghubog sa mga bata gamit ang mas makabagong approaches, lesson planning, at pag-unawa sa seven developmental domains ng bawat bata. Ngayon, dala niya hindi lang ang karanasan, kundi mas matibay na kumpiyansa bilang isang child development worker.
Pakinggan natin ang kwento ni Teacher Josephine at kung paano naging daan ang TESDA para mas mapalawak pa ang kanyang pagmamahal sa pagtuturo at paglilingkod sa kabataan.
