Earlier this afternoon, the ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐ž ๐ƒ๐ซ๐ฎ๐  ๐„๐ง๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐œ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐€๐ ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ฒ (๐๐ƒ๐„๐€) ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐Ž๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž successfully conducted a Drug Awareness and Preventive Education Activity in partnership with the Sangguniang Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Santa Clara, led by SK Chairman ๐‘ฏ๐’๐’. ๐‘ฉ๐’“๐’†๐’๐’• ๐‘จ๐’Ž๐’‚๐’๐’” ๐‘ต. ๐‘ฉ๐’‚๐’๐’๐’Š๐’„๐’–๐’….

The session was effectively facilitated by ๐‘ฐ๐‘ถ๐‘ฐ๐‘ฐ ๐‘ฑ๐’-๐’‚๐’ ๐‘ช๐’๐’ƒ๐’“๐’‚๐’๐’‚ and ๐‘ฐ๐‘ถ๐‘ฐ ๐‘ด๐’‚๐’•๐’• ๐‘ต๐’๐’•๐’‚๐’“๐’•๐’†, who shared valuable knowledge on the dangers of illegal drugs, prevention strategies, and the importance of making responsible life choices. The discussion also highlighted the serious legal consequences and penalties under Republic Act No. 9165, emphasizing that involvement in illegal drugsโ€”whether use, possession, or traffickingโ€”can lead to imprisonment, heavy fines, and a lasting impact on oneโ€™s future.

The activity was attended by the Barangay Council, SK Council, and the active youth of Barangay Santa Clara, showing a strong and united stand of the community in promoting a drug-free environment.๐Ÿ™
