📢MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (MDC) MEETING

The Municipality of Binalbagan successfully conducted its Municipal Development Council (MDC) Meeting today, August 7, 2025, bringing together local leaders, barangay captains, civil society organizations (CSOs), and other key stakeholders to discuss and finalize development priorities for the municipality.

Presided over by Hon. MAYOR Emmanuel I. Aranda, Municipal Mayor, and the Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO Binalbagan) as the secretariat, headed by EnP Pearl Angeli P. Fuentes the meeting served as a platform to review proposed programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) included the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) and Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) ensuring alignment with the needs of every Binalbaganon.

With the active participation of all barangay captains, community partners and department heads, the MDC reinforced its commitment to inclusive, transparent, and sustainable development planning.

📢EXECUTIVE BRIEFING ON THE STATE OF LOCAL GOVERNANCE

Last August 4, 2025, our local leaders, department heads, and key stakeholders gathered for an in-depth Executive Briefing on the State of Local Governance — a vital step in assessing our town’s performance in governance, transparency, service delivery, and community development.

The briefing provided a clearer picture of where we stood as a municipality and strengthen our programs and build resilience in delivering quality services for every Binalbaganon.

Mananatiling bukas ang mga ahensyang may essential services gaya ng kalusugan, seguridad, at disaster response upang matiyak ang tuloy-tuloy na serbisyo.

Samantalang ang mga non-vital employees ng ahensyang may essential services ay maaaring magtrabaho sa ilalim ng alternative work arrangements.
